ATTRACTION CHANNELS
Our attraction strategy saw us taking our direct message to the external market for the first time, and consisted of a number of channels to effectively engage with a diverse range of quality candidates. Subject to the vacancies, we use the appropriate channel. These include:

TECHNOLOGY ENABLED
A new fit-for-purpose, responsive careers website was launched in January 2019. Designed from mobile up, www.srm.com/careers is visually-led, with succinct and engaging copy that is conveyed in easy to navigate and digestible sections with the primary EVP messages brought to the fore throughout the site. It heavily features our current employees with nearly 30 team profiles and four career videos shot across a number of our UK offices and construction sites.
